NOTE:

These bricks are made with water and will have a moisture content.

We suggest that you have an initial small fire to dry out the bricks and condition them, as a large fire will turn water into steam and may cause cracks in the bricks which will shorten their life.

Alternatively (Recommended) place bricks in a warm situation such as beside the fire or in your hot water cupboard to dry out.

Always place wood into the Firebox to avoid damage to the bricks (ie: Do NOT throw or force).
