How a "LION" Wet Back Works

Heat from the fire is collected on a steel plate attached to the wetback acting a bit like a solar panel. The heat is transferred into the water via a steel sleeve encasing a copper water pipe. The Patent (200925) applies to the critical fit between the steel outer sleeve and the copper water pipe which determines the efficiency of the heat transfer and therefore the performance of the "Lion wet back. Only "LION" Wet Backs use this advanced method of construction. "LION" Wet Backs are also used by other leading stove manufactures such as Kent, Masport, Jayline and Milan.
